Our holiday apartments are located at three different locations on the eastern shore of Lake Klopeiner See. Our guests can reach the promenade and the lake in just a few minutes on foot. The pedestrian promenade, the Carinthian bathhouse and numerous leisure activities are easily accessible from all of our locations. This means you can choose your dream apartment and enjoy your holiday on Lake Klopeiner See.

The promenade by the lake
Our apartment building, the holiday home and the apartments on Römerweg are (almost) directly on the pedestrian promenade that leads around Lake Klopeiner See. Without having to use a car, you can easily reach all the beaches and the center of Seelach on foot. Numerous cafes, ice cream cafes and restaurants are located along the promenade.
Wellness in the Carinthian Bathhouse
The new Carinthian Bathhouse is just a few minutes' walk from our apartments on the eastern shore of Lake Klopeiner See. Enjoy wellness all year round in the five saunas or in the large, heated outdoor pool. Entrance fees and further information can be found online.
