Our outlooks apartments are located on the east side of Lake Klopeiner See, opposite the waterfront: 400m to the lake, 450m to the beach. On the plot of over 2,400m² you will find plenty of space to unfold. Playground for children, to enjoy outdoor sports or to have a cozy dinner (table tennis, ball grill, table and chairs are ready).

Warum uns Klimaschutz wichtig ist...

Es ist uns ein großes Anliegen, unser touristisches Angebot möglichst nachhaltig und umweltschonend zu gestalten. Für uns sind Klimaschutz und ökonomisches Handeln kein Widerspruch. In unserem Betrieb sind der effiziente Verbrauch von Ressourcen, Recycling von Müll oder selbst angebaute Produkte im eigenen Garten ganz persönliche Beiträge zu einem nachhaltigeren, klimaschonenden Tourismus. Wir freuen uns auch über jeden Vorschlag unserer Gäste, damit wir noch besser werden können!

• Elektrische Zusatzheizung für Übergangszeit
• Warmwasseraufbereitung über Solaranlage mit zuschaltbarer Elektroheizung
• Photovoltaik Anlage mit 11600 Watt Ost-West-Ausrichtung
• Mülltrennung (Papier, Kunststoff, Glas, Metall, Bio und Restmüll)

Regionalität

• Hochbeet mit Kräutern, Obst und Gemüse
• Garten mit diversen Beeren und Obstbäumen
• Frische Eier aus dem hauseigenen Hühnerstall selbst zu holen

Woran wir noch arbeiten

• Heizung in den Wintermonaten derzeit leider noch mit Öl bzw. Holz
• Einwegprodukte reduzieren (Nespresso Kapseln, Pflegeprodukte im Bad)
